Today’s workplace is a far cry from the workplace of our parents. One’s work environment seems to correlate with the quality and quantity of our work output. We have all heard the phrase, “A happy employee is a good employee.” Google obviously understands this when you look at their office. They recently opened a new office in Tel Aviv and the you can tell they put a lot of thought in to how they can make it a home as much as they did an office. Remember folks, we spend a 1/3 of our lives at work. A great environment certainly makes it more than just tolerable. The office will house a growing team of engineers, sales and marketing experts and features 490 workstations along with numerous themed rooms which spanning over eight floors. The Swiss design team Camenzind Evolution was responsible for this masterpiece and has design other notable Google offices in the past. The building is currently awaiting LEED platinum certification and will be the first of its category in the country.
